Christancia is based on a character I used a lot in comics, and drawings in the early 2000s. She still pops up in drawings occasionally, but not as often.
Her current form as a cat person solidified around the time I started discovering that Swat Kats had a fandom online. A lot of them had fan characters, and she stemmed from that.
